Milo's Big Feelings

Milo is building a tall tower of blocks. Luna runs by and knocks it down. Milo feels a big hot feeling.
Milo's cheeks grow red. His heart beats fast. He does not know what to do.

Nora shows Milo a chart with faces. She asks him to name the feeling. Milo says, 'I am angry'.
Nora teaches Milo to breathe slow. Milo breathes in and breathes out five times. He tries it with his hands on his belly.
Nora shows other safe ways to let out steam. Milo stomps his feet and squeezes his teddy. He feels a little less hot.
Luna says she is sorry. Milo uses his words. He says, 'I was angry. Can I have a turn?'.
They take turns and build a taller tower together. Milo feels proud and calm. Nora smiles and fluffs her feathers.
